Classes

We can do group or one to one sessions. 

Fun have a go classes are a good way to get started and have a feel of all the aparatus we use, see what takes your fancy.   

We offer skills coaching sessions, suitable for all ability levels. Level 1 – beginner: Level 2 – novice Level 3 – Intermediate Level 4 – advanced Level 5 – performer/ assistant Level 6 – coach /teacher/ performer. All levels are monitored and safety is of high importance.

We insist on the individual being aware of risks involved with techniques and apparatus and encourage a supportive friendly atmosphere, where all can learn and enjoy.
